    This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.


    As a Training Support Assistant you will collaborate with the Training Managers for the implementation of trainings and development actions carried out in France, in accordance with local norms and legislation.


    What we're looking for:
    Fluency in French and English;
    Min. 1 year experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or administrative role;
    Organizational and multitasking ability;
    Attention to detail.
    A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package ( especially Excel);


    The Training Support Assistant will:
    Participate in the preparation of the annual calendar (Training Plan) together with the training managers.
    Create sessions in the system according to the requests received during the year.
    Register colleagues in the system, if they were unable to do it themselves using the system.
    Produce and transmit to the trainers the administrative documents related to the training (attendance sheets, derogatory attestation of attendance).
    Cancel sessions with everything the cancellation process entails.
    Close the sessions in the reference system.
    Correct data and anomalies appearing in the reference system.

    Communicate (mostly by e-mail) with employees and training managers to deal with particular cases or specific problems related to training.

    Propose solutions to improve processes.
    Ensure business continuity (back-up) in case of need and contributes to the acquisition of versatility within the team.
    Actively participates in the approach of continuous progress respecting the Lean methodology.
    Provide occasional support for any activity in the team.
    Respect the confidentiality of employees' personal data.
    Make the quality and performance indicators established with the partner entities available to the manager.
