Qualifications
This job is the right for you if:
Proven experience as technical trainer (mandatory)
Spoken languages:
fluent French (B2/C1) and English (B2)
Leadership skills, Strength of proposal, Pedagogy, High level of empathy
Capacity to understand and learn technical topics fast (IT background would be a plus)
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects (Good to have)
Experience in designing technical course content (Good to have)
Strong capacity to synthesize complex concepts
Ability to address training needs with complete courses
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
Excellent soft skills:
people orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask
Autonomy in organizing, scheduling training sessions
Capacity of being responsible of new employees during the whole initial training period through three aspects :
Accompany and make new employees feel welcome
Transmitting customer context knowledge/ technical knowledge
Assuring the good integration of the knowledge for any training participant
Availability to work in day shifts.
