Primary Mission of the Role:
Support sales growth by assisting in identifying and engaging potential clients and partners, promoting the company's electrical efficiency solutions, and ensuring they align with client needs and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and business partners.
Support the presentation and promotion of the company's electrical efficiency solutions.
Aid in building and maintaining business relationships with existing and new clients.
Participate in client consultations to understand their specific electrical efficiency needs.
Assist in customizing commercial proposals based on client requirements.
Collaborate with the operation team in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts.
Monitor and report on sales activities and results.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Attend industry-related events to represent the company and its solutions.
Stay updated on electrical efficiency industry trends to provide clients with relevant solutions.
Ideal Candidate
Higher education in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering.
Some experience in sales or a related field, preferably in electrical equipment, low current, automation, or HVAC (+1year)
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and interactions with large entities.
Proficient in English.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel within Bucharest and nationally.
Ability to engage in preliminary technical discussions with clients.
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
