    You'll have the opportunity to learn and manage financials behind successful brands such as Nurofen, Strepsils, Dettol, Durex, Finish, Airwick, Vanish, Calgon and many more.

    Enabling the smooth running of our daily operations, you'll support entire P2P/AP process.

    You'll tell the story behind the POs, good receipts review, vendor reconciliations, KPIs, payments, T&E and many more by providing data to our leadership in decision making process.

    You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy and you'll collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls across payables side.

    Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for Purchase Orders opening and goods receipt processing for finance and legal department; Makes daily records and is responsible for the AP activities of the local accounting department;
    Plays a key role in the month-end closing process by handling various reconciliations for assigned company trial balance accounts; Assists the GFS AP Team in the daily processes and the closing of the month;
    Ensures the connection between the GFS AP team and the company, being responsible for maintaining up-to-date work procedures and updated approval routes based on company's employee changes for all AP processes or due to system developments implemented by the company;
    Solves invoices that are in exceptions for various reasons, by supporting the local team to ensure their registration in SAP; Supports the Accounting team manager in the fluctuation analyzes of AP indicators;
    Cooperation with external and internal auditors on AP processes;
    Responsible for confirming balances with suppliers alongside the GFS team;
    Monitoring the reconciliation of suppliers; Responsible for reporting at the end of the month in the AP area;
    Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, procedures and Reckitt group manuals regarding AP processes.


    Requirments:
    University degree in Finance & Accounting is a must
    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, especially Accounts Payable
    Excellent Excel skills; SAP nice to have
    At least medium English level
    Very good communication skills, proactive, results oriented
