Descriere
Junior accountantResponsibilities:
Registration in the accounting system (SAP) of the invoices received from the vendors.
Review supplier invoices, in accordance with legal and internal requirements, communication with internal departments and suppliers for any discrepancies.
Perform any other assigned accounts payables activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Various GL accounting postings (accruals, provisions recurrences postings),
Communication and reconciliation with suppliers of account statements and balance confirmations,
Prepares supporting files and info for monthly insurance instalments,
Issue specific FI invoices.
Filling all necessary reports requested by BNR, INS, etc.,
Support for internal and external audit.
Any other finance and accounting support activities required.
Requirements:
University degree (Economics, preferably Accounting).
Experience in accounting would be a plus;
English advanced level,
Knowledge of the Romanian accounting legislation,
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel,
Operating knowledge in SAP is an advantage,
Attention to details and ability to interact with other departments within the company,
Adaptability to tight deadlines,
The ability to prioritize work tasks,
Organized and reliable person, willing to learn fast.
Team player and flexible personality
