Alătură-te echipei de Sales în poziția de Sales Account Executive.
Responsabilități:
Identifică și evaluează constant nevoile clienților existenți;
Asigură implementarea condițiilor contractuale specifice;
Generează documente specifice activității de vânzare;
Asigură suportul post-vânzare prin intermediul unui management afectiv al conturilor;
Gestionează conturile clienților și solicitările transmise de către aceștia;
Colaborează cu echipele interne (achiziții, suport tehnic, logistică etc.) pentru a oferi soluții și suport clienților;
Furnizează feedback către departamentele relevante pentru îmbunătățirea soluțiilor și a proceselor.
Cerințe:
Excelente abilități de comunicare verbală și scrisă;
Atitudine pozitivă și orientată către client;
Spirit de echipă;
Mindset proactiv;
Abilitatea de organizare și management al taskurilor;
Experiență anterioară în vânzări, preferabil în domeniul B2B;
Capacitatea de a lucra independent și în echipă;
Orientare către obiective și rezultate;
Abilități analitice și de rezolvare a problemelor.
