    Review invoices issued for our clients
    Accurate booking in the accounting system
    Record online bank transaction and prepare documents for the bank
    Prepare bank treasurary reports and overview bank operations
    Reconciles general ledger accounts
    Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues
    Prepare monthly and quarterlly statutory and tax reporting to fiscal authorities
    Prepare reporting to ASF (regulater for insurance and brokerage companies)
    Prepare biannual statutory financial statements
    Prepare adhoc reports for CFO controls pourpose or business needs
    Prepare National Bank and Statistic Institute reports
    Keep the comunication with fiscal authorities and obtain fiscal certificates
    Follow up or implementing the local procedures requirments for internal compliance and for transfer pricing
    Collecting information and evidence for decision making for management
    Monitoring contracts in cooperation with business part and CFO
    Give support for implementation of varios financial projects
    Candidatul ideal
    Strong knowledge of local accounting principles in insurance brokerage will be an advantage
    Knowledge of financial reporting, transfer pricing will be an advantage
    Cost control methods
    Knowledge of tax regulations
    Fluent in English language (written and oral)
    Absolute integrity, professional and ethical standards
    Pro-activity attitude; driving execution and achieve objectives
    Accurate and structured
    Problem solving skills
    Analytical / logical / service minded and flexible
    Ability to prioritize and multitask
    Service-oriented
    Extensive knowledge of various finance IT software will be an advantage
    Good communication skills (written and oral)
    Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office programmers
