    Job Description:


    We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Representative to provide comprehensive technical assistance for our growing range of hardware products.

    This role will involve managing customer orders, remotely debugging hardware issues, and actively participating in the creation and updating of our knowledge base articles.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
    • Debug hardware products remotely and guide customers through solutions.
    • Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base, writing clear and helpful articles that enhance user support.
    • Log software bugs and track issue resolution on Github, collaborating with our development team to ensure quality control.
    • Perform quality control checks on new software releases, ensuring they meet our high standards before they reach our customers.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in English
    • Proven experience in technical support, preferably with hardware products.
    • Strong familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating environments.
    • Experience using Zendesk for customer relationship management.
    • Ability to write clear and concise knowledge base articles.
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

    • Experience with quality control processes for software products.
    • Technical proficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
