We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.You will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance with technical issues or have questions about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support and customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve more complex technical issues.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and technological advancements.
Meet individual and team performance targets, such as customer satisfaction and resolution time.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.
Proven customer service experience in a technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
Service mindset, empathy and customer focus
Strong team player, confident and flexible when required
Excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure
Dutch language C1-C2 level
