    Forward Music Agency (FWD) - fondată îneste cea mai importantă agenție de impresariat artistic din România, cu un portofoliu de peste 60 de artiști din toate zonele muzicale în trend (hip hop, trap, pop, dance, dj, clasica, rock).     Rolul
    Ca Artist Booking Assistant vei acorda asistență administrativă si vei lucra îndeaproape cu agenții din departamentul de Booking de la Forward.

    Candidatul ideal trebuie să fie motivat, dornic să învețe și să evolueze, foarte bine organizat, proactiv, capabil de decizii rapide și de îndeplinirea sarcinilor administrative într-un ritm accelerat, și bine înțeles la curent cu tot ce mișcă în industria muzicală.

    Responsabilități
    Sarcinile includ preluarea apelurilor telefonice, administrarea corespondenței, coordonarea întâlnirilor și programelor, planificarea deplasărilor, gestionarea calendarului de evenimente, organizarea activității artiștilor on tour (urmărirea contractelor, contabilizarea cheltuielilor, urmărirea plăților și a încasărilor), pregătirea rapoartelor de venituri și cheltuieli, actualizarea periodică a bazei de date de clienți, crearea prezentărilor, supravegherea realizării ofertelor și îndeplinirea proiectelor speciale.

    Calificări
    *De preferat absolvent de facultate sau colegiu acreditat.
    *Cel puțin 1 an de experiență administrativă profesională într-un mediu similar.
    *Atenția la detalii este NECESARĂ, dar și abilitatea de a prioritiza eficient și de a fi orientat spre soluții.
    *Abilitatea de a anticipa nevoile și de a executa procese cu un grad mărit de sensibilitate, inclusiv sub presiune, respectând deadline-urile, fiind organizat, într-un mediu cu ritm rapid de lucru.
    *Sunt esențiale skill-urile de comunicare scrisă și verbală, precum și atenția la detalii.
    *Abilități profesionale interpersonale, cu focus pe păstrarea confidențialității.
    *Cunoștințe de calculator (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign și Final Cut edit).
