    Rol Principal:
    Gestioneaza stocurile de terminale si echipamente componente sau periferice ale acestora care se afla in piata, in magazie, la service sau in orice alta parte in care au fost trimise cu acordul companiei.
    Calificari si Experienta:

    Operare PC: Word, Excel, Power Point.
    Manipularea si depanarea echipamentelor electronice
    Buna cunoastere a sistemelor si protocoalelor de telecomunicatie uzuale

    Calitati Estentiale:

    Gandire si capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
    Abilitati de comunicare;
    Capacitate de a lucra in echipa;
    Corectitudine si loialitate fata de companie;
    Preocupare pentru ridicarea nivelului profesional individual.

    Responsabilitati:

    Gestioneaza necesarul de terminale si echipamente periferice semnaland proactiv orice posibil necesar de terminale si echipamente periferice care sa asigure o timp acceptat de rezolvare a problemelor care ii sunt semnalate.
    Este responsabil de procesul de parametrizare/reparametrizare terminalele de tranzactionare
    Este responsabil de procesul de configurare si livrare a terminalelor si aplicatiilor catre clientii interni si externi sau dupa caz funizorilor agreati ai companiei
    Se asigura ca toate terminalele de reincarcare electronica expediate catre agentii de vanzari sau clientii companiei sunt in buna stare de functionare
    Intocmeste documentele de transport si expediaza terminalele de tranzactionare catre agentii de vanzari si/sau clientii companiei
    Receptioneaza terminalele retur sau defecte de la clientii interni si externi sau dupa caz de la furnizori, identifica problemele tehnice si decide de competenta cui tine repararea acestora.
    Remediaza defectiunile tehnice ale terminalelor de reincarcare electronica si raspunde de expedierea lor catre agentii de vanzari si/sau clientii companiei.
    Ofera suportul tehnic, remediaza problemele tehnice si escaladeaza catre superiorul ierarhic orice problema aparuta in functionarea sistemului de tranzactionare care poate afecata activitatea firmei;
    Are obligatia cunoasterii si utilizarii corecte a tuturor programelor informatice necesare in desfasurarea activitatii in cadrul companiei;
    Se preocupa permanent de imbunatatirea procedurilor si proceselor de care este resposabil prin propunerea catre superiorul ierarhic;
    Asigura tot suportul managerilor de proiecte informatice in urma acceptului superiorului pentru dislocarea lui din activitatile zilnice si asignarea pe proiecte care implica configuratii hardware si software ale terminalelor si retelei de tranzactionare
