    For one of our clients, a leader in the sports retail market in Romania, we are looking for a Store Team Leader.



    Ideal candidate:
    Good communication and teamwork skills;
    Experience in leading a team;
    Willingness to relocate if necessary;
    Availability for shift work;
    Experience in retail is an advantage;
    Experience in inventory management and forecasting is a plus;
    English language skills are a plus.


    Responsibilities:
    Building, training, and developing the team under their supervision;
    Team coordination;
    Developing and implementing commercial policies for the sports department;
    Ensuring good sales performance in stores;
    Setting and achieving commercial objectives;
    Managing departmental product stocks.
