    SCURTA DESCRIERE:
    RoCapital IFN SA este o institutie financiara nebancara specializata in acordarea creditelor de nevoi personale pe termen scurt, ale caror valori nu depasescRON. RoCapital face parte din Grupul KRUK, iar activitatea sa este supravegheata de Banca Nationala a Romaniei, garantandu-se astfel oferirea de servicii de creditare de inalta calitate.
    Compania si-a inceput activitatea de creditare rapida pentru a sprijini clientii Grupului KRUK care au avut in trecut de achitat datorii. Obiectivul companiei este de a-i ajuta sa isi recapete echilibrul financiar, oferindu-le un imprumut rapid, in functie de nevoile acestora, dupa ce si-au achitat datoriile anterioare. Prin serviciile oferite ne adresam persoanelor responsabile, care isi platesc ratele constant, creand astfel un parteneriat bazat pe incredere si respect.
    In Grupul KRUK ne angajam sa promovam o forta de munca diversa si incluziva. Încurajam cu tarie aplicatiile candidatilor cu dizabilitati. Aderam la principiile egalitatii de sanse si concurentei loiale, asigurandu-ne ca toti candidatii pot participa cu sanse de egalitate.     CERINTE:

    Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil in domeniul financiar-bancar;
    Experienta in coordonarea unei echipe;
    Experienta in activitatea de creditare si administrare a riscurilor;
    Limba engleza nivel mediu;
    Cunostinte de Project Management & People Management;
    Cunostinte de operare PC (Microsoft Office) - nivel mediu;
    Capacitate de analiza, sinteza si de rezolvare a problemelor;
    Capacitate de auto-organizare;
    Atitudine pozitiva si proactiva;
    Orientare catre performanta.

    RESPONSABILITATI:

    Coordoneaza, monitorizeaza, participa la formarea si motivarea echipei Risk Team si ofera suport in vederea atingerii obiectivelor stabilite;
    Este responsabil de recrutarea si integrarea noilor angajati;
    Este responsabil pentru eficientizarea activitatii echipei si oferirea de suport in vederea solutionarii problemelor aparute;
    Propune proiecte de dezvoltare ce vizeaza procesele aferente creditarii si colaboreaza cu celelalte departamente implicate;
    Este responsabil de ajustarea si gestionarea instrumentelor AML-CFT in activitatea zilnica a echipei;
    Colaboreaza cu echipa de vanzari in vederea optimizarii fluxului de creditare;
    Pregateste si prezinta rapoarte specifice pentru managementul companiei;
    Monitorizeaza functionalitatea eficienta a sistemelor de lucru necesare activitatii si semnaleaza eventuale disfunctionalitati.

    Rolul este pentru o perioada determinata de 2 ani.
