I am a highly motivated  individual with a strong attention to detail. I’am passionate about the IT industry with 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance field, and my goal is to make a positive impact in a company in a QA Department. In this regard i have Agile and Scrum compentence, which helped me finalize a few projects applying also Waterfall concepts. I have also fundamental knowledge of software development, web services, Postman, and API integration. Also I have experience in front-end web systems testing, as a freelancer, and i have fundamental knowledge of SSO authentification procedures including OAuth.

ACADEMIA TESTARII October - November 2023 - Project - QA Tester

 My experience here involves testing multiple versions of a front-end web system. I applied black-box, functional, boundary,regresion and performance testing for the most part. My main focus was to develop test cases, execute them, identify bugs, and report them in Jira in the most concise way possible during sprint, aiming to maintain the product development deadline.

During my time here, i have improved my analytical skills, and also improved my understanding of software lifecycle (SDLC)

Ubisoft - QA Tester | January 2017 - March 2018

My role in this company was to ensure that I applied correct Agile concepts, I have acknowledged which is the software development lifecycle, and I have conducted a significant amount of exploratory testing on specific games and DLCs, including Far Cry 4: Lost on Mars and Watch Dogs. I was also responsible for developing user stories based on the games storylines, creating test cases, executing the tests, and reporting bugs in Jira.

ERP & CRM Experience I’d like to mention that during my career, given the fact that I also worked also in sales departments, and also I had leading roles, I used various ERPs or CRMs, like SalesForce, Mefi, MiniCRM and (monday.com).

ACDA- Business Development Consulting Agency - Sales Manager -> June 2022 - Present

My main occupation was to manage a 5-person sales department while developing sales strategies that helped the company reach specific targets in concordance with the evolution of the european funds market. Also in my responsibility was to make direct sales, conduct business analysis. Achievement: From the need of being more efficient at my work, I developed an internal software, based on Google Sheets, that allows the analysis of the eligibility of a company for all available European funding programs at the national level.

 Integrations: I have made 4 API integrations in the company softs, of termene.ro (romanian business financial data provider, Google Sheets, Monday.com, mefi.ro (CRM). Through these processes we understood what types of integrations are possible and the degree of use of OAuth protocols.

DUO Rent a Car - Sales Manager -> April 2018 - June 2022

First Job - Salesperson: I was conducting phone sales, in a car rental proces, helping the client and adapt the company car offers to the clients needs and specifications. Second Job - Sales Manager + Aditional duty - Web Site QA Tester My job was to guide and reach specific KPYs at the sales department level. Conducting mark analysis. and addapting the sales strategy according the season. I have established long term business parthnerships between the company I represented and other companies in oder to maximize the firm productivity. 

Web Site QA Tester - 3 years The company's web site, was continously adapted and improved due to a constant growth of competitivity in this industry (automotive rental), therefore the need of optimal functionality was constant. Constat comunicating with the website development team Depeloping all user story’s accordingly with the client’s acceptance criteria (our company) Developing performance tests, and aplying functional and non functional testing. Identifying and reporting the bugs in Jira. Delivering final testing reports to the development team. Software / apps used: Selenium IDE, POSTMAN, JIRA. 

Achievements: In order to improve my sales strategies i developed my own POWER BI dashboard, compiling all relevant data generated by the company. Developing a Marketing campaign that in the 3rd month from release increased the sales by 20% from the expected trend.
