    Cool, urban events venue in Bucharest, Pantelimon focused on delivering the best experience for both corporate gatherings & private events.


    We are looking for a new colleague for the role of Events Manager with the main responsibility of events implementation in our location.

    What are we looking after/what do we think you need to fit the position?

    • Preferably you have previous experience in organizing events
    • You have knowledge with in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • You are a practical, organized person, oriented towards making things happen
    • You have good a understanding of the specific times in order to put things in place
    • You have good communication and negotiation skills
    • You are persistent, proactive, serious, and attentive to details
    • You are positive and energetic, friendly, and spontaneous
    • You have a good sense of humor
    • You have a driver's license (B category)
    • You have a medium proficiency in speaking English

    Responsibilities:

    • You take care of the supply in accordance with the specifics of the events
    • You find new suppliers or contact the existing ones of necessary
    • You send the menus and specific details to the kitchen staff
    • You make sure that event setup is the one agreed upon with the client
    • You coordinate the staff involved in organizing the event
    • You participate in events and make sure that everything is in order
    • You solve any problems that arise along the way according to the customers needs
    • You manage event budgets, send expenses and related documents to the financial department
    • You organize tastings and other happenings together with the sales & marketing team
