Type of contract:
Part-time (4 hours/day)/ Fixed term (12 months with the possibility of extension/ internalization).
Working modality:
Hybrid: 2 WFH + 3 WFO
Job Summary:
As an Administrative Event Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, while utilizing your design expertise to enhance the visual aspects of these events.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
If you have:
Proven experience in event coordination and administration, preferably with a focus on design;
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) and bachelor`s Degree;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities;
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Administrative Duties:
Calendar management;
Meetings:
organizes meetings, prepares agenda, takes meeting minutes + follows up on action items Processing expense reports.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and participants, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information;
Effectively communicate event details and logistics to all stakeholders.
