    Brand Manager Green Tech/Green Fiber

    Reporting to:
    Commercial Director, Marketing Consultant

    Department:
    Marketing

    Location:
    Buzau (on site) or Bucharest (4-5 times/month visits to Green Tech/Green Fiber locations, depending on necessities).

    Job purpose:


    Managing the implementation of the marketing activities for Green Tech and Green Fiber, as they were defined in the annual marketing plan, to reach the marketing & business objectives.


    Main Responsibilities:
    (the order is not necessary by level of importance)
    Market Research & Market Intelligence

    Gather market insights and create reports on pricing, competition, client's needs, trends. The reports would be sent with a certain frequency established with the Commercial director.
    Market & customer segmentation
    Conduct interviews with consumers to better understand client needs.
    Run Customer Survey Questionnaire and follow up to improve customer experience with Green Tech/Fiber

    Communication

    Implements the marketing communication campaigns as per the annual plan.

    Develops the communication materials (online and offline) together with a creative agency, creates clients' newsletters, promotional activities, products communication materials.

    Supports the sales team with communication materials when needed.

    Identifies client needs, creates the campaign concept together with the marketing consultant and sales director, send briefs for the creative, PR, digital, design agencies.

    Takes part in negotiating contracts with the agencies.
    Coordinates the communication development on company's website, social media and other online presence.
    Takes part in meetings with clients, if needed.

    PR activities (press releases, interviews)

    Works closely with the Group PR department to implement any press communication for GT/GF.

    The brand manager can initiate the text for GT/GF press release, and the Group PR department will improve it and send it to the press.

    Events

    Creates an annual calendar of events (on & offline);

    Coordinates the communication activity and brand presence during the main Fiber/Tech events (communication concept, stand, communication materials etc.) and during any other events GF/GT takes part of organizes, on and offline; Could also be the project manager for some events organized by GF/GT.

    Collaborates with the Green Group PR department for events.

    Pricing


    Monitor pricing evolution for GF/GT products and competitors with a certain frequency, send the report for the sales team & management.

    Suggests price promotions for the sales department, based on the market research and client needs.
    Collaborates with the financial department to evaluate the profitability of a new price proposition.

    Product

    Collaborates with the quality and R&D departments for developing new products or analysing the quality of actual products.
    Initiate product innovation based on the market research analysis, creates the product brief for R&D, monitors the product development, test new products with clients, implements the launching plan for a new product (product concept, product presentation for the clients; collaborates with the sales department for forecast and product characteristics);

    Arrange Tests together with end consumer and their converters to lay foundation for long term supply cooperation within 1-2 years.

    Others

    Develops marketing status reports.
    Collaborates with the financial department in analyzing the marketing campaigns impact;
    Participates into management meetings when needed and assures a good implementation of the management decisions.
    Makes sure that each project gets all internal approvals needed.
    Monitors any market or competitors changes and suggests changes in tactics or marketing plans.
