We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT specialist to lead our technological transformation and digitalization of processes.Responsibilities:
Lead the technological transformation efforts across the organization
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for software implementation, integration of multiple platforms, and process automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the efficient functioning of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the full software development / implementation life cycle.
Oversee data security, formulate policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading technology transformation initiatives.
Strong expertise in software development, integration, process automation, and data security.
Excellent project management
Strong communication (especially with nontechnical personnel) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
