    The Future Healthcare group founded in 2003, is a private, independent, international group, with headquarters in Lisbon and international presence.

    Our mission is to provide our customers with access to the best conditions of health, life, and well-being, and to this end it provides its Corporate Customers with customised solutions associated with a Health Insurance, Life Insurance or Health System.

    We are strengthening our team, and we are looking for a Claims Specialist, to join our team.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Validate the invoices presented by the insured persons, within the timeframe established as an SLA, and minimize the number of errors;
    • Analyze the different reimbursement requests;
    • Ensure the payment of invoices to customers where there is a reason to do so;
    • Validate the content of the invoices received and framing in the benefit plans;
    • Create ad hoc claims for each invoice and each insured person;
    • Pay invoices to the insured after validation;
    • Recover amounts in cases of incorrectness;
    • Other tasks which may be needed in order to assure Operations team's effectiveness.
    Skills & Experience


    • Experience in similar position (mandatory);
    • Technical knowledge of health insurance market (mandatory);
    • English language knowledge (besides Romanian);
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
    • Cooperation/ teamwork;
    • Customer orientation;
    • Communication and feedback.
