We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Major Daily Rental Specialist with German.
Job responsibilities:
-responsible for billing, administration and processing of leasing transactions;
-responsible for recording, checking, if necessary clarifying discrepancies;
-responsible for monitoring and reporting the drawdown of customer credit lines;
-correspond with customers, dealers, service providers, etc. to clarify missing and questionable business transactions;
-responsible for the systems processing of used vehicle auctions;
-responsible for the administration of vehicle damage cases and required insurance claims;
-support the execution of system tests;
-check the automatic data processing for completeness and plausibility;
Key Requirements:
Ability to communicate in German & English.
Knowledgeable about the automotive finance or banking industry – is advantage
Previous experience in roles with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.
Good at working with numbers
Excel skills including mathematical formula, vlookup function and pivot tables
