- Prepares and updates the specific documentation of the labor relations management processes from the point of view of internal and external documentation for the company's employees: individual employment contracts, additional documents, decisions, job descriptions, etc.
- Operates all related changes (hiring, changes, suspensions, terminations) in the computer system and in the Revisal program, correctly and within the legal deadlines
- Manages the specific documentation for hiring/leaving employees from the company (trial period record/formulation, liquidation note, etc.)
- Manages personnel files for the company's employees, according to legal provisions and internal procedures
- Centralizes and manages the situations regarding vacation (annual programming/CO carried out monthly), special events performed by employees or any other documents related to the employees' activity
- Issue documents for/or requested by employees (certificates etc.)
- Provides support for the payroll process, including checking attendance, leaves, unexcused absences, unpaid leaves, deductions
- Participate in special projects within the team
- Support the recruitment and visa team
- Higher education
- Able to work in English
- Experience of minimum 6 months and maximum 2 years in the field of human resources
- Specific knowledge about labor legislation as well as policies and processes in the field of human resources
- Experience in the payroll field - is an advantage
- Good skills in using the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Attention to details and a passion for data accuracy
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- The ability to solve problems and analyze, critical thinking
- Ability to work inter-departmentally
- Process improvement and project management skills
