    For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with English.


    Requirements:
    Fluent in English (written and verbal).
    Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
    Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    High school diploma or equivalent.


    Responsibilities:
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    Assist customers with issue resolution.
    Provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
