    Your day to day

  • Management and execution of bank-wide projects, usually with significant budget and sizeable project teams.
  • Lead the assigned projects to deliver their scope in the agreed timeframe and budget, by taking ownership and accountability of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception through post-implementation reviews.
  • Design the project approach, planning and drive the project execution by moving it steadily towards its completion and desired results.
  • Coordination of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams from business, operations, IT, support functions and external suppliers
  • Proper management of project risks, assessing the health of the project and anticipating the potential problems before they happen and finding ways to reach project goals under changing circumstances
  • Management of the relation with the stakeholders and sponsors of the project, by regular communication in all stages of the project
  • Management of the relation with 3rd party vendors
  • Financial management of the project, throughout project lifecycle
  • Quality assurance of projects.What you bring to the team
  • You have experience working in high performing, cross functional teams
  • You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
  • You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context
  • You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
  • You have experience and deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • University degree – preferably in Economics;
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in banking and/or financial services industry (with proven track record on leading major changes/ projects)
  • Self starter, high-level of energy and can-do attitude
  • Result and deadline focus
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Leading and influencing skills, with proven ability to convince people and to turn resistance into cooperation
  • Ability to build, support and implement across organizational boundaries
  • Analysis and synthesis abilities
