I am an experienced Contract manager/ Administrator with certification in Contract Management and an engineering degree plus over 20 years experience in projects.

I am a Romanian national, available on short notice like 2 weeks.

My last 5 years we spent doing consultancy jobs in Qatar, Romania and Pakistan in power project, barrage repairs and extension and motorway projects. My previous job continued for 14 years in oil and gas projects (gas plants, field development, drilling, seismic data, roads and buildings). My projects included civil, mechanical, pipelines, E&I and HSE related works. I also worked as Cost Estimator, Project Engineer and Bridge Design Engineer and various companies.
