Descriere
Responsabilitati principale:Intocmeste diferite rapoarte si asigura suport pentru forta de vanzari, departamentele Contabilitate, Customer Service, Resurse Umane, Analiza Financiara etc, precum si pentru clientii externi (Furnizori), raspunzand cerintelor de corectitudine si timp – rapoarte zilnice, saptamanale, lunare conform programului stabilit, rapoarte interne Companiei si externe (Furnizori);
Colaboreaza cu persoanele de contact ale Furnizorului, pentru optimizarea procesului de raportare Companie-Furnizor;
Se asigura de acuratetea rapoartelor furnizate si anunta imediat seful direct daca descopera erori in rapoarte;
Actualizeaza si intretine bazele de produse si se asigura de completarea tuturor detaliilor logistice necesare bunei functionari a sistemelor;
Executa setari in sistem pentru desfasurarea procesului de vanzare;
Valideaza si invalideaza codurile in urma solicitarilor primite sau altor decizii de business;
Relationeaza permanent cu forta de vanzari, in scopul oferiri suportului necesar din punct de vedere informatii furnizor, informatii sisteme;
Furnizeaza rapoarte spontane la cererea echipei Comercial;
Se implica in revizuirea procedurilor de lucru si elaborarea variantelor finale, alaturi de echipa furnizorului/partenerului alocat, atunci cand se intocmeste o astfel de actiune;
Colaboreaza cu departamentul IT pentru definirea in sistem a setarilor, pentru imbunatatirea rapoartelor existente si definirea de rapoarte noi, acolo unde este necesar;
Impreuna cu departamentul IT dezvolta rapoarte cu recurenta si cauta solutii pentru trimiterea automata a acestora;
Indeplineste si alte sarcini profesionale care au legatura directa cu activitatea depusa in cadrul companiei, la cererea superiorului direct;
Contribuie la imbunatatirea activitatii sale si a celorlalti colegi;
Cerinte:
Studii medii finalizate (Diploma de Bacalaureat care sa ateste finalizarea studiilor);
Grad ridicat dе flexibilitate si adaptabilitate;
Excelente abilitati dе planificare si organizare;
Bune abilitati dе comunicare si lucru in echipa;
Experienta anterioara in logistica sau activitati ce tin dе gestionarea fluxului dе marfuri - reprezinta avantaj;
Experienta in proiecte ce au presupus actiuni dе forecast si ordering - reprezinta avantaj.
Cunostinte SAP constituie un avantaj;
Cunostinte Excel;
