    Mood Media is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr Payroll Specialist to joinour team in Bucharest, Romania.

    As a key member of our HR department, you will beresponsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all Mood MediaRomania employees (aroundemployees).


    Qualifications:

    More than 7 years of experience in payroll & personnel administration; Relevant university degree (economic related preferably); Solid statutory payroll, labour legislation and human resources knowledge; Experience in working with at least one payroll application+ Colorful+ ADP or similar; Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines) and to manageuncertainty- system errors, late timesheet submissions that need payroll corrections etc; Work independently and take initiative; Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable; Candidates should be able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment andcapable to handle confidential information; Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.


    Responsibilities:
    Offer specialized consultancy on modified payroll legislation; Follow and keep track of all projects allocated. Provide high-quality payroll services to our BPO call centre (around 300 employees); Accurate monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence toRomanian tax regulations Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records Apply tax deductions, bonuses, various calculations Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Prepare reimbursement files to be submitted to the Romanian Health Authority; Fill in and update salary modifications in Colorful & ADP platforms; Prepare and deliver various reports for global senior leaders
