    IQOS Junior Brand Specialist
    (one year temporary contract with Randstad for Philip Morris)

    Passionate about the world of branding and marketing? Both well-organized and a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail? We are expanding our team, looking for a passionate Junior Brand Executive to join our team.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in developing and implementing product & retail communication initiatives.


    Your responsibilities:


    Closely collaborate with and assist the Product & Trade marketing team in developing the communication campaigns and materials implementation, according to the commercial plans.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, understand briefing details, analyze, and clearly communicate next steps for initiatives communication deployment.

    Work closely with creative and production agencies to ensure successful execution and implementation of small to medium complexity projects, according to established deadlines.


    Quality assurance:
    meticulously reviewing communication materials, ensuring both consistency with key assets and flawless execution into production and implementation.
    Prepare necessary goods release forms, stock forecasts, HOTO docs needed in ensuring smooth deployment.
    Verify and challenge costs with marketing suppliers for related projects. Collaborate with the Supervisor on day-to-day expenses and ensure no overspending.

    Check all direct marketing expenditures related to the assigned stream and provide reports with accurate budget status reporting of all activities (accruals, purchase orders, goods receipts, year-end processes).


    Skills and Competencies:

    Project Management:
    the ability to organize and manage multiple small to medium projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

    Sharp eye for detail:
    the ability to notice and focus on even the smallest elements within a task or project.

    Financial expertise:
    understanding of financial management procedures, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

    Communication:
    effectively communicate ideas and information both verbally and in written form.

    Collaboration:
    the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.

    Consumer centric mindset:
    use consumer insights to refine communication approach, ensuring the communication remains consistent.


    Background:

    Academic background:
    university degree, preferably in communication or marketing
    Minimum 1 year experience in brand / marketing / retail communication, ideally in a FGCM company
    Familiarity in collaborating with creative and production agencies.
    Very good command of the English language (writing and speaking)
    Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
