    Alătură-te echipei de HR în poziția de Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist.

    Responsabilități:

    Gestionează procesul de recrutare end-to-end, ajutând managerii să identifice și să atragă în echipă cei mai potriviți candidați;
    Pregătește și urmărește derularea proceselor de onboarding și offboarding;
    Se implică activ în design-ul și implementarea campaniilor de promovare a brandului de angajator;
    Planifică, coordonează și implementează evenimentele dedicate de promovare a brandului de angajator (evenimente de carieră, târguri de joburi, programe de internship etc.);
    Construiește parteneriate cu organizaţii externe relevante (licee, facultăți, asociații studentești, etc.), care să răspundă nevoilor companiei.

    Cerințe:

    Studii superioare finalizate (de preferat, în domenii precum: relații publice, comunicare, marketing, resurse umane);
    Experiență anterioară similară (employer branding, comunicare internă, recrutare) – min. 3 ani;
    Creativitate, orientare spre business și rezultate, open minded;
    Orientare spre lucrul în echipă;
    Abilități excelente de comunicare și ascultare;
    Abilități de planificare și organizare.
