Bachelor's Degree;
5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Technically proficient:
knows the role and has a solid familiarity with tasks and responsibilities;
Full knowledge of Six Sigma & Lean principles;
Project Management:
ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Exceptional social skills with the ability to influence others;
Ability to evaluate, prioritize and solve a variety of tasks to ensure their accurate completion in the required time;
Works collaboratively, shares information, fosters teamwork and contributes to a positive work environment;
Receptive to change and flexible
Main responsibilities:
Plans the overall strategic roadmap for lean production;
Formulates and determinates the overall and the phased goals of lean production implementation;
Responsible for establishing the project team for lean projects;
Supervises and manages the progress of the project and organizes regular progress meetings;
Improves the system and documents of lean production operation;
Carries out lean improvement such as waste elimination and 5S activities;
Develops a lean culture of continuous improvement;
Plans the direction of research on issues such as efficiency cost [PC], quality [Q], and delivery date [D], etc.;
Supervises the factory's productive activities, identifies waste, and maintains standard operations;
Proposes annual lean strategy objectives.
