    We're looking for an enthusiastic full-time HR Coordinator expecting to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skill.

    Main responsibilities are:
    Actively recruit and grow Emerald staff, both medical team and support positions
    Create and communicate a robust and modern on-boarding process, including induction
    Work closely with the Management team, build a strong relationship with the existing Medical and Operational teams.
    Screening TMs in view of identifying improvement opportunities
    Ensure that all TMs have a roadmap together with a succession plan, recorded and communicated
    Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses
    Set up appropriate quantification method and increase employee work satisfaction
    Ensure full compliance of our HR documentation as per legislation request
    Prepare yearly budget, ensuring execution and compliance with allocated funds
    Create and submit reports to Management
    Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
    Be an active part of the Emerald Management team, provide timely reports and analyses upon need and requests from the supervising manager


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
    3-4 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
    Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
    Effective HR administration and people management skills.
    Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Exposure to payroll practices.
    Prior Healthcare experience is highly appreciated, but not mandatory

    Adaptable with ability to react quickly to changing direction and within the standards set by our

    Quality Management System.

    Result & solution oriented, with very good in follow up.
    The ability to think creatively and strategically.
    Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills in Romanian and English.
    Empathy and strong Ethics are mandatory
