- Training needs by screening, evaluating and pull out the organizations' needs, translating requirements into training plans that will develop the skills needed to the employees to perform in their role or to prepare for the next step of their career path.
- Annual training plan & budget. (Design, development, and management of the development programs and curricula in collaboration with HRBPs and functional leaders, under the supervision of the Talent Manager & HRD.)
- Delivery of the planned training session by collaborating with external suppliers (both for training and venue).
- Keep tracking, consolidating, and regularly reporting training status by company & by function.
- Trains personnel by conducting classroom and online training and workshops.
- Coordinates and implements the communication plan for the eLearning Platform (in collaboration with the EB & Engagement Coordinator)
- Implements, and manages the Employee Onboarding process as directed by the line manager.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to set up action plans to acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
- Recruiting strategy meetings with HRD, HRBPs, hiring managers, and/or leadership team.
- Experience in working with a LMS
- Experience working with competencies matrix/assessment centers & psychometric instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

For one of our FMCG customers, we are looking for a Talent Coordinator.
Under the coordination of the Talent Manager and HRD the Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing and delivering the full life cycle of recruitment solutions to achieve recruitment and business objectives.
Also, he/she will coordinate performance and management review processes, defining training plans with the support of HRBPs/ HR managers of all companies, implementing development and training programs based on the approved annual training plan and budget, organizing training with the external suppliers, and delivering internal training programs if needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar position / experience in organizational development
University Degree (preferable, but not mandatory: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields)
Languages
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing);
