- Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the client's business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their needs;
- Be responsible for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements in accordance with DDM;
- Work with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and supporting the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements and helping clients in UAT;
- Learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with the timelines;
- Capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client;
- Acquire stakeholder and relationship management skills that will enable you to mediate and provide solutions on how best to meet the client's needs within the framework of Darwin's capabilities;
- Ascertain how to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner to all stakeholders;
- Work with your Squad Leads on managing workload prioritization and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date;
- Work with Project Managers in updating their plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM);
- Help to improve processes and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services;
- 2+ years experience within delivery of software products, in IT support and / or working project-based;
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English & Romanian;
- Be curious and interested in analyzing information and providing solutions;
- Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees;
- Be interested in developing strong verbal and written communication as this is vital to our clients;
- Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused;
