We are specialized in factoring and short term financing, yet we offer most types of financing tailored to our clients needs.
We are looking for an experienced but ambitious relationship manager, dedicated to attracting and serving customers - SMEs and corporates - at the highest quality level.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting and selling the financing products of AFS
Identifies, contacts and constantly visits potential customers;
Identifies the needs of potential clients, presents the financing products, contributing to the development of the client portfolio;
Responsible for maintaining and increasing the client portfolio and turnover, in accordance with the company's objectives
Responsible for fulfilling the personal target set by management;
Responsible for the profitability of customer relations;
Analyzes the financial statements of potential clients;
Analyzes and verifies the documents necessary for granting the loan;
Provides customers with information on the financial operations;
Prepares the documentation and supports the financing file in the credit committee of the Institution
Prepares periodic reports regarding the meetings with the clients and specific reports to the activity carried out;
Permanent knowledge of the local market in order to promote the products of the Institution;
Monitors qualitatively and quantitatively the customers portfolio
Requirements
graduate of higher education
experience of at least 7 years in a similar position - SME / Corporate - in a bank or financial institution
high networking capacity
the ability to create your own portfolio of clients
understanding the financial statements
good knowledge of the financing products offered on the financial-banking market and of the business environment
good level of knowledge of English
good organization and communication skills
excellent sales skills
excellent mediation and negotiation skills
excellent proficiency with MS (Excel and PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills
proactive attitude & oriented towards teamwork
