    Descriere post: Store Manager / Șef Magazin
    Suntem în căutarea unui Store Manager dedicat și pasionat de retail pentru a se alătura echipei noastre din cadrul magazinului nostru. Dacă ești o persoană proactivă, orientată către rezultate și cu abilități excelente de leadership, această poziție ar putea fi potrivită pentru tine.
    Responsabilități:

    Supervizarea activităților zilnice din magazin pentru a asigura o experiență plăcută clienților
    Coordonarea și motivarea echipei de vânzări pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite
    Gestionarea stocurilor, aprovizionarea și organizarea produselor în magazin
    Asigurarea respectării standardelor de calitate și a politicilor companiei
    Interacțiunea cu clienții pentru a identifica nevoile acestora și a oferi soluții optime

    Cerințe:

    Experiență anterioară în retail și/sau într-o poziție similară reprezintă un avantaj
    Abilități excelente de comunicare și negociere
    Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune și de a rezolva problemele cu rapiditate
    Atenție la detalii și orientare către client
    Flexibilitate în programul de lucru
