- Install, update and coordinate Mainframe IMS subsystems and related ISV products;
- Installing/upgrading IBM IMS subsystem;
- Monitoring of IMS regions, performance tools like Mainview, Omegamon, SYSVIEW;
- Knowledge on administration tasks using various IMS DB/DC Commands;
- Perform changes within Company regulations and security standards;
- Assist with testing, implementation, and installation of new/improved systems, as well as product upgrades;
- Participate in On-Call rotation schedule.
- Experience as a IMS System Programmer or in a similar role;
- IMS Level 3 System Program Skills;
- Proficiency in installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis and administration of IMS DB/DC JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E;
- z/OS System level Skills;
- DB2, CICS, REXX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficient English – level B2 or above;
- Excellent and effective communication skills with management;
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments.
