Employment as a consultant in international project business. The job involves the harmonisation and consolidation of business processes and IT applications for globally operating customers/groups. The job requires project assignments in Europe and abroad.

• Highly qualified and independent consulting taking into account all integration aspects within SAP ERP as well as across SAP platforms for international customers.
• Identification of alternative courses of action of considerable importance for the client's decision-makers at management level, e.g. design of processes and target architectures to cover requirements with a complex range of functions, taking into account country-specific features (laws, guidelines, tax issues, technical localisation)
• This includes business process and cross-system harmonisation and consolidation at corporate groups as well as the standardisation of SAP systems at a global and regional level
• Decisions within the framework of general guidelines and objectives in your own area of responsibility. Independent, cross-project coordination and implementation of standards in your own and neighbouring work areas.
• Responsibility for the documentation of work using the required standards, methods and tools
• Giving customer/user presentations and workshops in English or German at management level
• Responsible for creating cost estimates and configuring SAP ERP across modules, taking integration aspects into account.
• Responsibility in all areas for system tests of platform-specific versions and comprehensive integration tests as well as for documentation
• Generating business opportunities in an area of responsibility and responsibility for individual sales activities in co-operation with the sales department
• Knowledge transfer, coaching and / or training Atos internally and with customers
• Collaboration with internal and external contacts at management level and offshore suppliers
• Identification, testing and implementation of new methods and tools in your own department

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, business informatics, computer science
• Many years of professional and project experience in consulting (usually 7 years)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Extensive knowledge of business management contexts and business processes
• Sound international and intercultural experience
• Business fluent in German and English
• Management of one or more distributed, cross-project teams in virtual organisations
• Experience in the areas of coaching and mentoring
• Willingness to travel for national project assignment
