We are hiring a Finance and Administration Specialist for one of our client companies, leading manufacturer in the rubber and plastic seal products industry, which is now about to open its Romanian headquarters in Nadab.
Consider applying if you have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and business administration;
Experience utilizing an ERP system (knowledge of SAP is a plus);
Bachelor's Degree or a above;
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
On this position you will be responsible for:
Managing the company's financial work, including but not limited to review and reimbursement of daily expenses, accounting, tax declaration, fund management, business changes and other accounting work such as financial statements;
Establishing and improving the company's accounting supervision mechanism, supervising the establishment of corresponding financial management systems and guaranteeing the safety and integrity of the company's assets;
Coordinating with the headquarters' Finance Department and carrying out work in accordance with the requirements made by the headquarters' Finance Department;
Completing audit coordination work when the company is required to undergo internal and external audits periodically;
Handling basic administrative personnel work, including but not limited to assisting in recruitment, induction, resignation and attendance etc.;
Completing other tasks assigned by superiors and headquarters.
