    This is a great opportunity to join our team in Bucharest as an Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst.

    Key Responsibilities

    Monthly reporting of past dues at regional level and timely publishing
    Review results and explain variation.
    Identify errors & deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions on reports
    Perform different reconciliations (. prices, customers statements)
    Prepare the required documents for the follow up collection calls
    Prepare the Accounts Receivable forecast as per the business needs
    Work on credit management project implementation
    Work on customer master data SAP project implementation
    Annual credit limit review
    Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
    Review and update standard operating procedures and process maps
    Provide support during internal or statutory audits
    Perform testing of SOX controls
    Initiates improvements initiatives and ensure implementation
    Support Global Finance Process Shared Services function when necessary

    What will make you successful

    4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (credit risk management / collections experience desirable) or 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable plus 2 years of experience in Finance reporting
    Good knowledge of collections and payments process
    Good English skills – written + verbal
    Very good Excel skills, SAP knowledge desirable
    Problem solver, good analytical & organizational skills, able to perform multiple tasks to tight deadlines
    able to work in fast-pace environment and quickly adapt to changes
    Proactive and innovative
