- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an International company.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics.
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, GSheets), databases.
- Ability to work with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Understanding of IFRS.
- Excellent reporting, presenting, and communication skills.
- Analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.
- Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company.
- Present semi-annual budgets to senior managers.
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
- Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures.
- Develop and perform tracking of investments for different types of asset classes.
- Produce and deliver monthly investment reports using multiple sources of information (bank statements, brokerage statements, PE/VC reports, etc.).
- Present monthly investment results.
- Plan, create, and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights supporting business decisions.
- Communicate results to managers.
- Develop and maintain an end-to-end cash flow model, which involves creating cash flow forecasts.
- Communicate with the Manager on cash management strategy.
