Descriere
Scopul postului:Planificarea și managementul cu succes al proiectelor contractate de Ikon Ideea
Urmărirea și controlul resurselor, termenelor și riscului proiectului.
Coordonarea cu echipa de management departamental al companiei.
Cerinte:
Experienta in inginerie și managementul proiectelor
Cunostinte limba Engleza nivel mediu (scris / vorbit);
Cunoștiințe și abilități în lucrul cu bugetele
Cunostinte minime privind cerintele aplicabile ale standardelor ISO 9001; pentru aria de activitate;
Deprinderea de a lucra organizat si de a-si stabili prioritatile in acord cu cerintele organizatiei;
Abilitati de comunicare oral si in scris, lucrul in echipa;
Abilitatea de a analiza detalii/ si in detaliu si de a concluziona decizia in raport cu standardele calitatii;
Atributii / Responsabilitati:
Responsabil pentru organizarea activitatilor privind desfășurarea proiectelor;
Urmărește periodic încadrarea în bugetul de resurse alocat proiectului
Întocmește, urmărește și controlează Planul General al proiectului
Identifica din timp neconcordanțele ce pot apărea în planificare sau bugetare;
Implementeaza actiuni corective si preventive ca urmare a analizei neajunsurilor constatate;
Prelucreaza reclamatii interne si externe;
Verifica documentatii necesare din punct de vedere al calitatii, acțiunilor comerciale și financiare.
Întocmește sau urmărește, după caz, raportarea periodică la client.
