Are you a finance whiz with a passion for managing the fiscal aspects of European funded projects? We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our vibrant team as a Finance Manager, overseeing the financial intricacies of our European funded initiatives.

If you've got at least 3 years of experience in financial management within publicly funded projects, coupled with excellent language skills, an analytical mind, and proficiency in collaborative working tools like Google Suite or Microsoft Teams, then we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

• Take the helm of the financial operations of our European funded project, ensuring every penny is accounted for and in compliance with funding guidelines.
• Craft and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with precision and finesse.
• Work hand-in-hand with project partners and stakeholders to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Dive deep into financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to optimize project financial performance.
• Lead procurement processes and champion efficient utilization of project funds.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, embedding financial considerations into every project decision.
• Serve as the financial liaison between project teams and funding agencies, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Uphold internal controls and financial best practices with an eagle eye.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within European funded projects.
• Proficiency in using collaborative working tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Teams etc.
• A sharp analytical mind and top-notch problem-solving skills.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities to navigate complex financial landscapes.
• Thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of EU funding regulations and procedures is a definite plus.
