Our engineering team is critical to our success and is responsible for overseeing and assessing our future processes and workflows, so we are looking for a SC Manager for our plant in Ploiesti (Trico Wipers), responsible of leading the activities on the supply and warehouse team.

• Responsible for planning the reception of raw materials and components.
• Responsible for the planning process of production and raw materials in accordance with customer demand, capacity and safety stock level;
• Responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning SIOP process;
• Responsible for the execution of the daily and weekly delivery plan;
• Responsible for achieving the customer delivery performance objective;
• Measures the level of customer satisfaction (VOC) and defines the action plan for its improvement;
• Ensures support for production transfers and the introduction of new milestones in manufacturing;
• Responsible for ensuring the designed and approved level with semi-finished products and components to the production department;
• Leads the production, stock and daily delivery analysis sessions.
• Leads the factory's weekly planning meetings;
• Operate specific planning programs (MPS, MRP, Vendor Scheduling, Production Planning);
• Participate in the planning meetings managed by the Regional SC team
• Operates in SAP according to existing procedures;
• Takes the actions assigned to the Planning team and distributes these actions to the appropriate people. He is directly involved in the quick resolution of all planning actions and ensures that it is completed by the required deadline.
• Ensures the interface between the warehouse and internal and external customers;
• Monitors the integration of the planning and delivery system of all the client's packaging;
• Creates partnership with other departments to ensure collaboration regarding supply, planning and replenishment strategies
• Responsible for defining the definition of transport flows in order to ensure fast deliveries at the best cost;
• Establishes the annual budget for transport expenses and monitors its compliance;
• Defines the best practices in the warehouse to ensure the availability of products and optimize the flow of materials;
• Check the 3PL activity to ensure that all criteria in terms of deliveries, costs, quality are met;
• Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring compliance with a physical flow of goods in warehouses and production lines in accordance with the SAP integrated management system
• Responsible for factory inventories;
• Establishes, implements and ensures the best practices for inventory optimization ensuring delivery performance to the customer;
• Responsible for the accuracy of the factory inventory;
• Coordinates actions related to scrap, waste, quarantine and blocked parts, proactively involving other departments to minimize the impact on cash flow;

• Higher Economic or Technical studies
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain
• At least 4 years of management experience
• Six Sigma (tools, techniques, methods)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of the SIOP process
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communicator inside and outside the team
