    Our client is a leading international law firm with top tier rankings for most of the their practice areas within the legal rankings - Legal500 and Chambers.


    We have been instructed to assist them with the recruitment of an associate - senior associate level lawyer to advise domestic and international companies in the fields of regulatory - specifically within the gambling and gaming sector.

    You will be providing day-to-day advice on regulatory, tax and corporate–commercial aspects related to gambling activities.


    The role will also involve:
    dispute resolution and litigation;


    gaming transactional support to include corporate structuring, drafting, negotiation and management of sale-purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, assignment agreements, white label agreements etc.

    as well as due diligence work that precedes such;

    image rights agreements;

    privacy and personal data processing matters;

    regulatory advice and full assistance with licensing and authorization process;

    They are looking for a lawyer with between 3-7 years experience.
