- Promoting products from the Consumer Healthcare range - Haleon (Parasinus, Theraflu, Panadol, Voltaren, Advil, Corega, Centrum, Sensodyne, Parodontax) - using internal commercial campaigns conducted through authorized distributors in the designated geographic area to maximize visibility and presence in sales and prescription points with medical specialists. Assigned Territory: Timis, Arad and Caras Severin. Reporting to the Field Force Manager West.
- Developing and executing action plans to achieve set objectives for the allocated territory.
- Visiting clients within the designated territory to promote Haleon's portfolio products in line with the agreed internal marketing strategy and plan.
- Organizing and participating in specific medical events.
- Analyzing and communicating market-specific information.
- Ensuring ethical behavior and compliance with the company's standard operating procedures at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Healthcare and/or FMCG sector.
- Completed higher education.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.
- Good understanding of the business environment and commercial principles.
- Category B driving license, intermediate level of English.
- Willingness to relocate to a territory other than the assigned one.
- Results-oriented with good planning and organizational skills.
- Responsible, flexible, and a strong team player.
