Job summary
As a member of the Customer Success team the Associate CSM will be the primary relationship holder between N-able and its partners. Leveraging their customer service abilities industry knowledge and relationship building skills they will work with said partners to ensure they are achieving value with their existing subscriptions.Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for partners in a defined territory.
- Increase product adoption
- Earn retention targets by delivering top client experience.
