JOB Description

Working in a dynamic international environment as part of an engineering company
Study and analyze requirements of tenders
Able to write technical offers and financial offers in the engineering field / supervision of contractor's works in roads, railway, energy , gas sectors
Plan, write, submit offers (technical and financial) parts / verify eligibility documents
Complete DUAE formular
Submit offers
Liaise with technical experts, when needed
Operate as part of the team, coordinating with other members of the Tender Department and technical (engineering) departments and with the external partners when needed
Participate internally and externally meetings with partners when needed

The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
Professional experience in preparation of tenders for engineering/ consultancy services in accordance with the Romanian procurement law
Experience in working with SEAP/SICAP
Experience in writing technical methodology (offer) and preparation of overall offers for public and private tenders, especially for infrastructure projects (roads, railway, energy, civil and gas sectors) and various consultancies
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills to support wider commercial activities
Fluent in Romanian, Good spoken and written English
Solid computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications such as excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Technical background – civil engineer or road/bridges engineer would be a plus
