Good knowledge of any production process

Qualification: Degree - Engineer Specialization: Mechanical or Electrical
Applications
Responsibilities:
Follow the technical, machine and process specification;
Scrap management (collection, separation, report, evidence);
To ensure the implementation of production programmes;
To ensure product controls during the production process;
To monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems;
Effective production plan for each machine;
Follow daily production;
Process follow ups according to the documentation (R&D analysis);
Cooperate to develop and launch new product;
Deploy and develop the continuous improvement program;
Tools management;
Guarantee the optimal start-up of new production lines.
Auxiliary machine management;
Ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials;
Effective utilisation of the machines (minimize use, scrap, energy consumption);
Ensure the management and development of his workers.
Ensure observance of health, safety and environmental norms and legislation.
Management of dangerous material used in production
