    Ford Otosan Craiova – Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Engineer – STA (Supplier Technical Assistance)
    Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova - Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Engineer – STA (Supplier Technical Assistance)

    Roles & responsibilities:

    • Upload and maintain updates information in the eAPQP system (including milestones started late, design changes, VPP updates, etc)
    • Trains suppliers and crossfunctional team members as needed on the Supplier Engagement Process and APQP/PPAP assessment evaluation. Manages and monitors the timely completion of the evaluation of priority suppliers carried out by the team.
    • Follows the situation of PPAP and Schedule A as well as the requirements for sending to the Site STA organization
    • Leads the resolution of all Red/Yellow Deliverables together with crossfunctional team members.
    • Participates in change control meetings within PAT (Program Activity Team), PST (Program Steering Team) and PMT (Program Module Team). Collaborates with CPMT (Component Program Module Team) leaders and Program Purchasing team managers to understand program related changes affecting launching.
    • Organizes crossfunctional meetings to determine the resolution of PPAP issues and to manage action plans for timely PSW approvals. Proactively monitors, manages and escalates significant issues that reduce vendor PPAP or rollout risks.
    • Manages the PPAP completion on time through OTG (OpentoGo) meetings, align PPAP timing with eAPQP and communicate PSW status to Site STA and program team. Provides onsite support for builds (DCV, PCF/TCB, etc)
    • Leads activities related to containment, 8D, ICA/PCA.
    • Supports Startup /FCPA, Campaign Prevention/Fresh Eyes, Craftmanship, R202, DEMS, Hard Rocks, Shortage meetings, White Board meetings

    Requirements:
    Technical engineering degree;
    Knowledge of manufacturing processes, WERS, Teamcenter;
    Driving license B category
    Good written and oral English language skills;
    Well-experienced in MS office tools Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
    Good communication and organizational skills – leading cross-functional teams;
    Production needs may involve a change in the work schedule for a short period of time.
