Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Representative in our diverse multilingual BPO center.

As a crucial member in our quest for international service excellence, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone communications.
- Manage emails and handle phone calls with clients from major airlines, aiding with flight modifications, lost luggage, and claims.
- Engage with customers in Portuguese and English through various channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers consistently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.

How You Can Create Influence:
- Proficiency in Portuguese (C1 level) and English (B2 level) speaking and writing skills are crucial.
- Previous experience in an international airline setting is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Familiarity with booking platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a bonus.
- Specialized skills in effective communication and customer service, preferably with BPO/contact center experience.
- Both graduates and undergraduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to extract pertinent information from customers with a strong focus on issue resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Readiness to work in a contact center environment.
