With over 130 plants in 25 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through over seventy years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialisation and sequenced delivery.

We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.

Mission:

Manages the industrialization of the new project from the synoptic assembly to the start of production, in accordance with Process P.06 - The Management Model of the Antolin Group.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and validates the compatibility between the product design and its assembly process
• Validates the fact that the new product can be manufactured at Grupo Antolin (the process can be controlled or carried out)
• Take into account the environmental constraints in the research and setting of new processes
• Development of manufacturing synopsis
• Initiates and conducts P-FMEA

• University studies - technical field
• English and romanian language - mandatory
• Calculation of Takt time, Capacities and Balancing of the assembly line knowledge
• Technical drawing knowledge
• Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.
• A challenging and enquiring mindset.
• Enjoy building relationships.
